Delivery is not a promise of unrestricted access. Airports, hotels, gated homes and event venues can require a particular entrance, permission or meeting point. Those details should be settled before the rental begins.

Do not assume it is included. Delivery and collection depend on the locations and arrangement. Review the written quote for the charge and the total before agreeing.
Can delivery and return be at different addresses?
Request both addresses from the start. The route, dates and vehicle need to be assessed, and any additional charge must be included in the confirmation.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Contact the person coordinating your rental as soon as the arrival changes. The revised handover must be agreed. Do not assume the original time automatically moves with the flight.
Do I need to be present?
Confirm who must attend the handover and what they need to bring before the rental begins. Driver approval and vehicle release requirements are determined by the confirmed arrangement.
