The right car fits the people, the luggage, the property and the route—not only the photograph.

Before choosing an exotic or luxury rental for Orange County, Los Angeles or San Diego, work through these practical details. They help turn a model preference into a request that fits the actual trip.

Start with seats and luggage.

Count every passenger, then describe the luggage. A seat count is not a luggage measurement. Two cars with the same number of seats may have very different storage, and a convertible roof can change the space available.

For an airport arrival, include bag sizes as well as the count. Ask about the exact vehicle's storage instead of judging it from exterior photographs. If the bags require another transfer, plan that before the handover.

Check the places the car must enter.

Tell us about steep driveways, garage ramps, narrow gates, underground parking and tight turns at your hotel or venue. A low supercar needs a different access plan from a luxury SUV.

A lift system, if present, is a feature to verify on the actual vehicle; it is not a guarantee that every entrance will work. When access is uncertain, provide the property details so the arrangement can be assessed before the car is confirmed.

Match the vehicle to the itinerary.

A short portrait session, a week of meetings and a coastal stay place different demands on the car. Consider how often you will park, who will be travelling and where the vehicle will stay overnight.

For Los Angeles, identify the neighborhoods and properties involved rather than simply naming the city. In Orange County or San Diego, include any coastal home access and the complete return plan. Disclose travel outside the agreed area before booking.

Ask about the details that affect you.

Visibility, door opening space, seating position, transmission and operating controls can matter more than a headline performance figure. If a specific feature is important, ask for confirmation on the exact car.

Performance specifications describe the vehicle; they are not a reason to test its limits on public roads. Use the handover to understand the controls, clearance and parking rather than rush into the drive.

A practical comparison.

Supercar request
Check two-seat practicality, storage, ground clearance and parking access.
Luxury SUV request
Confirm the actual seat configuration, luggage capacity and garage dimensions.
Luxury sedan request
Consider passenger comfort, door access, luggage and the intended driver.
Convertible request
Check roof operation, luggage with the roof in use and the parking plan.

Send the needs with the preference.

Include your preferred listing, passengers, luggage, dates, locations and access details. Valenza confirms the specific vehicle, rate and requirements in writing. Model suggestions remain requests until availability is confirmed.
