A flight number starts the conversation. A confirmed meeting point and arrival window make the handover workable.
If your Southern California trip begins at John Wayne Airport (SNA), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or San Diego International Airport (SAN), describe the full arrival plan when requesting a car.
Send the flight and the destination.
Include the airport, flight details, arrival date, passenger count, luggage and the address you are travelling to. If you are landing before hotel check-in, say when and where you actually need the car.
Keep the flight's scheduled landing time separate from the time you expect to be ready for handover. Baggage and onward arrangements can change that window. Your request should allow the coordination team to assess the actual meeting rather than assume the vehicle can be released at touchdown.
Agree the meeting point.
Airport vehicle access and permitted handover locations must be confirmed for the arrangement. Do not plan around a terminal, curbside or private-aviation handover until the exact point and process are agreed in writing.
Ask where to go, who to contact and what to do if you cannot reach the agreed location. For a private flight, include the relevant terminal or operator and obtain any access permission needed for the handover.
Choose the car for the luggage.
An exotic's passenger capacity does not establish its storage space. Give bag sizes and counts. Confirm that the actual car suits the arrival, or arrange luggage separately before committing to a two-seat vehicle.
Also consider the destination's access. A steep hotel garage or a narrow driveway should be reviewed while choosing the car, not discovered after leaving the airport.
Plan the right region.
- John Wayne · SNA
- Share your Orange County destination, including Newport Beach, Irvine, Costa Mesa or the south coast.
- Los Angeles · LAX
- Identify the actual Los Angeles neighborhood and property, along with the agreed arrival window.
- San Diego · SAN
- Provide your destination in central San Diego, Coronado, La Jolla, Del Mar or elsewhere in the service area.
Include the departure and changes.
Provide the return address, return time and onward flight details in the original request. Agree the collection process with enough room for your own airport plans.
If the flight or itinerary changes, contact the person coordinating your rental promptly. The revised handover needs agreement; the original arrangement does not automatically move with the flight.
Valenza confirms the exact car, rate, delivery charge, meeting point and requirements in writing. Airport coverage is assessed for the request and does not imply unrestricted airport access.
