- Details you send in a request: your name, phone number or email, the car you're considering, your dates and times, delivery city or hotel, and anything you add in the notes.
- How you found us: the page you sent the request from, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source).
- Basic technical data our website host records automatically, such as browser type, device and IP address.
We do not ask for your driver's license, insurance or payment details on this website.
How we use it
- To check availability, prepare a written quote and reply to you.
- To arrange the rental with the licensed partner operator who provides the car.
- If you tick the box for it, to occasionally email you about new cars. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
- The rental operator who provides the car you request, so they can confirm availability and complete their own rental agreement with you. Their handling of your information is governed by their own terms.
- Service providers that run this website and our messaging (for example our website host and form processing). They may only use it to provide that service.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as needed to handle your rental and our records, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent us. Send the request through the form on our Contact page and say what you'd like changed. Our website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Cookies
