What this website is
Valenza Exotics arranges exotic and luxury car rentals across Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego. Cars are provided by licensed partner operators. Sending a request through this website asks for availability and a quote. It is not a reservation, and nothing is booked until you approve a written confirmation.
The rental itself
Every rental is governed by the rental agreement you sign with the operator who provides the car. That agreement sets the rate, deposit, mileage, insurance, driver requirements, cancellation terms and your responsibilities for the vehicle. If anything on this website differs from your signed rental agreement, the agreement applies.
Renter requirements
- Age 18 or older, or older where a specific car requires it.
- A valid U.S. driver's license.
- Full-coverage auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles, with at least the minimum liability limits required by law. On select cars, coverage through the operator may be available.
- A valid credit card in the renter's name for the refundable security deposit. The deposit amount is set at booking and in the rental agreement.
- Completion of the operator's driver verification. The operator may decline any reservation based on eligibility, driving history or other factors.
Payment, mileage and delivery
- Reservations are subject to confirmation; a request does not guarantee availability. Prices may change until the booking is confirmed.
- Full payment is due before delivery or pickup. A non-refundable booking deposit may be required to hold a reservation.
- The mileage allowance and any extra-mile charge are stated at booking and in the rental agreement.
- Delivery and pickup are coordinated for your address; any delivery charge is included in your written quote.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellation terms depend on the car and rental length and are confirmed at booking.
- Cancellations more than 48 hours before the rental start may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start may be non-refundable.
- No-shows forfeit the full booking amount.
- If a reservation is cancelled on our side, you receive a full refund.
Use of the car
- Only drivers named on the rental agreement may drive.
- No racing, off-road driving, towing or illegal use. The car must be driven safely and lawfully at all times.
- Return the car at the agreed time and in the condition received, apart from normal wear.
- The renter is responsible for damage, loss, theft, traffic and parking tickets, tolls and towing during the rental. Report any accident, damage or mechanical issue immediately.
Listings, photos and prices
We work to keep the fleet, specifications and daily rates current, but availability changes and listings can contain errors. Photos show the model and may not show the exact car. Rates shown are daily rates before delivery, taxes and fees. The car, rate and requirements that apply to you are the ones confirmed in writing.
Using the site
- Send accurate information in your requests.
- Don't misuse the site: no scraping, automated requests, attempts to break security, or unlawful use.
- The site's text, design and our own media belong to us or our licensors. Car makes and model names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the cars.
Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits rights you have under California law that can't be limited.

Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of California.
