A valid U.S. driver's license.
Full-coverage auto insurance that extends to rental cars.
A credit card in the renter's name for the refundable security deposit.
Driver verification is completed before the rental is confirmed.
Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may drive.
Full payment is due before delivery or pickup.

Insurance and coverage

Your own full-coverage policy, with at least the liability limits California requires, must extend to the rental.
On select cars, coverage through the operator may be available. We confirm it in your quote.
The renter is responsible for damage, loss or theft during the rental, plus tickets, tolls and towing.
Report any accident, damage or mechanical issue right away.
No racing, off-road driving, towing or unlawful use.

Cancellation policy

Exact terms depend on the car and rental length and are confirmed in your written quote.
Cancel more than 48 hours before the start: you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancel within 48 hours of the start: the booking may be non-refundable.
No-show: the full booking amount is forfeited.
If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
A non-refundable booking deposit may be required to hold a reservation.
